Inner Ritual Routine:
To use, simply place the crystal eye mask over your eyes for up to twenty minutes. For an extra de-puffing effect, refrigerate the mask before use for 10mins. The coolness of the crystals will amplify their healing properties, boosting collagen production and circulation. Apply an eye serum or facial oil. Lay the eye mask over eyes while feeling tension dissolve. You may turn the mask upside down and lay over the mouth and jaw area to soothe lines and tension around these areas. Daily Self-Love Rituals
After cleaning face with warm water, apply appropriate amount of face oil and using ‘gentle scraping’ strokes, massage face with the Gua Sha calmly and fluidly from the centre of the face to the outer edges as indicated in the diagram provided, adding a slight pressure when arriving to the edges to release the build up of any lymphatic fluids.
